Quality, Health & Safety Assistant

Looking to take the next step in your quality or H&S career? We’re on the lookout for a methodical, hands-on professional to support both Quality and Health & Safety functions within a precision engineering environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in inspection, quality processes, or H&S compliance, especially in machining, automotive, or motorsport settings.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to help maintain ISO 9001 standards and promote best practices on the shop floor.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Inspecting precision-machined components
  • Supporting CMM operation (training provided)
  • Maintaining calibration and audit records
  • Assisting with risk assessments and internal audits
  • Driving compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Training provided in GD&T, CMM programming, and Health & Safety
We’re looking for someone reliable, practical, and confident with measuring equipment and technical drawings.
